| Innovation of college students is that the students establish new jobs by using their knowledge，skills and technology they have learned in self-financed form.In recent years，the employment market is in depression and the problem of students’ unemployment is striking sharply.Students， faced the harsh reality，begin to think of the diver types of employment.Now，entrepreneurial senses of the students grow clearly.They no longer simply rely on families and schools.On the contrary，they look for opportunities actively. This article discuss this topic deeply about the value of legal awareness in college students’innovation and how to mold the students’ legal awareness. |
