| With the opening reform and the establishment and development of market economic system，the original running model of the local colleges have been difficult to adapt to social development, and some even face crisis. To establish a running mode that meets the needs of the local economic and social development and is consistent with the development law of their own,it is necessary to update the concept,identify the orientation, give prominence to school characteristics,innovate education system, and improve school quality. |
