| 关于企业战略是如何形成的，已经产生了丰富的理论。在战略理论占有重要地位的战略认知学派认为，战略形成是一个心智过程，其前提假设是：战略形成是一种发生在战略家思想中的认知过程。可见，战略家的思想和企业采用的战略必定存在某种关联。文章提出战略信念的概念，并探讨其与企业战略的逻辑关系。 |

| There is a wealth of theory about the formation of corporate strategy. The strategic cognition school, which plays an important role in the strategic theory, thought that strategy formation is a mental process and its assumption is that strategy formation is a cognitive process occurred in strategist thoughts. It is thus clear that there is some relation between strategist thought and corporate strategy. This paper puts forward the concept of strategic beliefs and discusses the logical relationship between strategic beliefs and corporate strategy. |
