| “诚”“信”是中国传统社会中非常重要的道德规范，“诚”指向的是天人关系，“信”主要调节人与人之间关系，传统道德的“诚”“信”要求人成为一个道德主体；现代诚信基于契约关系，并且契约关系中的人被理解为具有平等权利的利益主体。过去的道德人变身为现代的经济人，经济人的逐利本能致使利益主体的失诚无信，逼使国人发出“重建诚信”的强烈呼声。重建现代诚信既要打破熟人社会的潜规则，又要以制度建设推进道德善恶因果律的实现。 |

| Integrity and faith are the very important moral rules in the Chinese traditional society. Integrity aims at the heaven-and-man relations, faith mainly adjusts the human relations. Integrity and faith in Chinese moral tradition requests the human to become a moral main body; Integrity and faith in modern society are based on contract relation,the person in contract relation is thought to be the main booly of benefit with equal rights. Moral person changes. economic man and the instinct of chasing benefit causes no integrity and faith.We must break the hidden rule in the acquaintance society and construct fair system to reconstruct integrity and faith. |
