| 以南华大学为例，对研究生创新能力分别从知识吸收、科研创新、创造思维、前沿把握和学术交流等五个能力维度进行了调查，调查结果表明，研究生在知识吸收能力和科研创新能力等方面较为欠缺，但也具备了一定的创造思维能力、前沿把握能力和学术交流能力，并根据调查结果提出了提高研究生创新能力的对策。 |

| Taken University of South China for example, this paper conducts a survey of innovative ability of graduate students respectively from the absorption of knowledge, research and innovation, creative thinking, cutting-edge grasp and academic exchanges. Results show that graduates are comparatively lack of absorptive capacity in knowledge and scientific research innovation, but have a certain amount of creative thinking ability, cutting-edge ability to grasp academic communication skills, and in accordance with the survey, the countermeasures are raised to improve the innovative abilities of graduates. |
