| “道德”作为哲学范畴，古往今来，已有不少讨论，归结起来主要有目的论和道义论两种论点。休谟关于“道德”的看法，源于对“是”与“应该”命题的区分，也就是事实判断与价值判断在决定道德规范时的不同作用，但休谟没有彻底解决这一问题。文章通过探讨“是”的命题与“应该”的命题之间相互融合的关系，思考道德规范何以确立。 |

| “Moral” is a philosophical concept, there has been a lot discussion which can be divided into two opinions: Teleology and Moralism. Hume`s view of moral was originated from the discrimination between “to be” and “should be”, that is the different roles of fact cognition and value cognition in deciding moral criterion. But Hume did not absolutely settle this problem. This paper discusses the correlation of “to be” and “should be” so as to inspect how to establish the moral criterion. |
