      文章针对核电建设项目进度控制的不确定性特点,运用模糊规划理论构建了核电进度计划的模糊目标及模糊约束的模糊集成模型,然后应用遗传算法解决了进度计划动态优化调整问题,并以某核电站建设进度计划为例,较好的实现了工期、成本的协调优化,创造了较好的经济价值,为核电站项目管理提供了应用前景。
English Summary:
      This article constructed integrated model of fuzzy target and the fuzzy restraint fuzzy for nuclear power plant schedule plan by uncertainty characteristic, the application fuzzy plan theory, then, it solved dynamic optimization adjustment problem of schedule plan by genetic algorithm, and took some nuclear power station construction schedule plan as the example, which can be better carried out for time and cost coordinated optimization. It has created good economic value, and provided application prospect for nuclear power station project management.
