| 大学生心理健康教育问题日益突出，已经成为高校教育的重要组成部分。文章首先探讨了国内大学生心理健康教育的现状，而后就南华大学学生心理咨询状况展开探讨，采用多项式拟合的方法就未来发展趋势进行预测，结论表明大学生心理问题已经日益突出，需要寻找合理的解决途径。通过研究分析，对南华大学学生心理健康教育提出了若干建议。 |

| Many researchers have paid attention to the mental health education，which is a vital part of college education. This paper studies the background of mental health education firstly, and then extend our research about University of South China, using polynomial fitting method to analyze the future of mental health. The results suggest that the psychological problems have been serious increasingly. Finally, some useful suggestions about the mental health education of University of South China are presented. |
