| Administrative procedures are the important basis of modern administrative law.Considering the reason of applying procedural concept in modern administrative,this paper clarifies a variety of the administrative procedure. In order to remodel system, the author points out the ideas: establishing a correct concept of administrative procedure law and improving the legal consequences of violation of administrative procedures. |
