| “3+5”城市群作为湖南实现中部崛起的重要引擎，以一个整体的姿态带动湖南经济社会大发展。文章以衡阳市为主体，选取城市竞争力评价指标体系，运用层次分析法，评出其在城市群中的排名，并对各项竞争力进行比较分析，由此提出增强衡阳市城市竞争力的途径。 |

| “3+5” urban agglomeration as a whole drives the great development of Hunan economy, to achieve the goal to the rise of middle China.In order to study city competitiveness of Hengyang in "3+5" city agglomeration,this paper first selectes a comprehensive competitiveness evaluation index system,and then compares each index of Hengyang city using Analytic Hierachy Process, finally puts forward a few pieces of advice to enhance Hengyang urban comtitiveness. |
