| 地方高校是地方科技创新体系建设中的生力军，发挥了或正在发挥着重要的作用，但也有地方高校科技服务区域经济社会持续发展仍然存在许多问题，诸如思想认识不到位、管理体制不健全、运行机制有缺陷、知识产权难以保护等问题，如何从认识提高、环境优化、平台搭建、瓶颈解决等方面切入去有效协调地方高校科技服务区域经济社会协调发展值得思考和探讨。 |

| As a new force for local culture innovation construction, local colleges have played or are playing an important role in regional economic and social development. Some problems are still needed to be noted during this development, like incomplete understanding, unsound management system, defective operational mechanism of the development and difficulty of protecting the intellectual property rights, etc. How to coordinate and solve these problems, from the aspects like enhancing awareness, optimizing environment, constructing platform and settling bottleneck, is an issue worth thinking and exploring. |
