| 中国社会正在由传统向现代转型，各种利益冲突越来越突出。利益冲突具有长期性、普遍性和多样性的特点，现阶段我国的利益冲突表现为利益主体及需求日益多元化；物质利益矛盾居于中心地位，收入差距扩大引发的矛盾突出；社会利益表达机制不健全，导致利益群体矛盾的激化。利益冲突根源于人的利益与利益实现方式之间的矛盾。利益整合是对各种相互冲突的利益进行整合以形成共同意志的过程。通过利益的事实选择和价值判断，使利益失衡趋于利益平衡。 |
