| This paper classified the conclusions of domestic and foreign scholars’s study involved in energy efficiency .These conclusions were divided into: structural efficiency determinism, technical efficiency determinism and stage change determinism. Take the factor decomposition model as an entry point, it analyzed the cause of the argument between structural efficiency determinism and technical efficiency determinism in-depth. |
