| 解决就业难的关键在于大学生就业力的提高。国际上对提升在校大学生就业力有较为系统的理论指导，在学校就业指导机构的服务，大学课程的设置方面，均融入了对大学生就业力的培养。根据我国大学教育现状，文章从对就业力的研究、学习的出发点、课程的设置、角色的转变四个方面探讨了就业力提升措施。 |

| The key to resolving the problem of low employment date lies in improving the employability of graduate students. Some foreign countries have a mature theoretical guidance to enhancing the employability, and employment agencies setting up in campus. Their curriculum are more comprehensive than that of China, which include career guidance services. Based on the currenet situation of Chinese high education, this article tries to discuss the employmentability improvement from the four following aspects, the employmentbility researching,the goal of learning,course design,role changing, and related suggestions are put forward. |
