| 长株潭“两型”社会建设的本质就是实现生态化发展，而实现生态化发展首要条件是加强生态文化建设，包括树立正确的环境价值观念和培育科学的生态道德原则。为此，要从政府决策者宏观层次、企业生产者中观层次以及社会公众微观层次三方面来加强生态文化建设,此外还应发挥学校教育在生态文化建设中的特殊作用。 |

| The essence of"Two Types " Social Construction of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration is eco-development. The prerequisite of eco-development is to strengthen Eco-cultural construction. It includs the forming of correct values and the cultivation of a scientific environment of eco-ethical principles. So we must improve eco-cultural construction from three areas, macro-level of government decision-making,concept of enterprise-level and micro-level of public. Besides them the school education should play a sense role of eco-cultural construction,and the environmental protection departments should strengthen the role of eco-cultural construction. |
