| 被害预防是一种以被害人或潜在被害人为视角的犯罪预防。被害预防是犯罪预防理论的有机组成，也是预防犯罪的有效手段。被害预防是在分析犯罪被害因素，总结被害规律的基础上来实现预防犯罪的。犯罪被害因素有被害社会因素、被害时空因素和被害人主体因素，其中被害人主体因素是对犯罪最起作用的因素。被害预防的路径是：被害预防意识的培养；建立被害人过错责任追究机制和被害人补偿制度等法律制度；组建被害预防的专门机构。 |

| Prevention of being killed and injured is a theory with angle of view from victims or potential victims. It is the organic composition of the crime prevention theory, and also an effective means of crime prevention. The theory realizes the aim of crime prevention on the basis of analyzing crime victim factors and summarizing the rules of being injured. The factors which make one to be crime victim involve three aspects: social factors, space and time factors, the victim body factors of which victim body factors play more important role in crime. The measures of prevention of being killed and injured are: cultivating victim precaution consciousness; establishing the victim fault responsibility mechanism and the victim compensation system; setting up specialized agencies responsible for prevention of being killed and injured. |
