| 法治对道德建设的推进作用贯穿于法律运行的全过程，立法则是法律运行过程的起点。文章从比较法的视角出发，从家庭伦理道德、社会公共道德与个人道德权利、义务的立法诉求等三个方面展开论述，归纳分析了西方立法与中国立法在上述三个方面的异同，从而体现立法对道德建设的推进作用。 |

| Rule of law is penetrated in to the propulsion effect of the morality building in entire proceeding of law and legislation is the starting point of law running process then. The thesis sets off from the visual angle of comparison method, by discussing family ethics morality, society public morality and humanitarianism value to sum up and analyze the similarities and differences comment, west legislation and Chinese legislation to embody the legislation propulsion effect to morality construction. |
