| On the basis of summarizing the previously related studies, this paper mainly makes a comprehensive analysis of several factors influencing housing consumption, and constructs a panel-data model based on the housing consumption of Chinese residents in twelve cities from 1995 to 2007. Finally, it gives a suggestion of promoting housing consumption in China. |
