| 国防费支出在军兵种间的分配结构，直接影响到军队整体战斗力水平的提高，也关系着陆军、海军、空军和二炮部队的协调发展，具有研究的重要理论及现实意义。目前国防经济学界对这个问题已有大量文献进行定性研究，但是定量研究还比较少。文章尝试从定性和定量相结合的角度对国防费在军兵种间分配结构进行研究，首先结合我军现实状况，进行历史的纵向分析和国际的横向比较；然后综合各位专家意见，利用层次分析法计算得出这一指标的理论结构；最后指出了本文研究的局限性和改进方向。 |

| Defense expenditure in the distribution of services between the structure of the armed forces directly affect the level of overall combat effectiveness, and the coordinate development of Army, Navy, Air Force and missile Force,which have an important theoretical and practical significance. At present, national economists on this issue have a large number of qualitative research literature, but relatively little quantitative research. This paper attempts to study allocation of defense spending in the structure of inter-services from a combination of qualitative and quantitative point of view. First of all, combined with the actual situation of our army, it makes historical analysis and international comparison; then integrated the views of the experts, uses AHP to calculat the theoretical structure of the target; Finally, it points out the limitations of this study and the direction of improvement. |
