| In practice, characteristic service plays a key role in commercial competitions. The uniqueness and novelty of the service are the most important factors to attract the consumers, but the action of imitation is hard to be ruled by certain laws. This article discusses the nature of the characteristic service and the necessity and possibility of its protections from the law of IPR. |
