| 随着高校办学规模不断扩大，学校与学校之间存在着激烈的竞争。为了加强高校财务管理改革的力度，文章提出了借鉴企业财务管理理念，如企业的全面预算管理、产品成本核算原则等方法，提高高校成本管理水平。 |

| Competitions are getting more and more fierce with the expansion of universities. In order to strengthen the financial management reform, this paper draws on the concepts of enterprise financial management to reform cost management of universities,for example, enterprise comprehensive budget management and rule of calculating the conducts cost. |
