| At the age of mass communication, everyday life that has long been ignored is back from the dead to public view on the platform of television. This paper, from the perspective of common forms of television programs, namely, television civilians news report, soap opera and entertainment program, highlights the representations of everyday life that are embedded in television text. It also reveals the significance everyday life exerts on the television program operation and the production of television text meaning. |
