| On the principle of critical realism, both Dickens and LaoShe show great sympathy to the miserable destinies of the grass-roots and embody the thoughts of humanism. In this paper, on the basis of the source of their humanism thoughts , the author tries to seek out the similarities and differences between the humanism thoughts in Dickens and LaoShe’s writing, from the aspects of the feature and the attitude towards revolution. |
