| The law’s determinacy is the necessity demand of rule regulation by law. But it is the outcome of adynamic,open,complicated procedure. The article takes Xu Ting’s case as an example, poses a challenge to law’s determinacy of modern society, points out the social causes of the legal uncertainty,analyses how to find the relative law’s determinacy in modern society. |
