      文章在零售商感知的供应商快速反应能力架构下,结合我国文化背景和供应—零售渠道特点设计了供应商快速反应能力量表,并以北京、上海、长沙、临沂、昆明5个城市的电脑零售商为样本进行了实证分析。实证结果表明基于零售商感知风险的快速反应能力的运用信息技术、实体配送和快速回应服务三个构面是合理的,我国供应商可以用该量表来测度零售商感知到的供应商快速反应能力。
English Summary:
      Based on the model which is about the supplier’s quick response ability that the retailers perceive, considering the culture of China and the supply-retail channel characteristics, this paper designs the supplier’s quick response ability measurement scale and empirically analyzes it with the data from the computer retailers in Beijing, Shanghai, Changsha, Linyi and Kunming. The empirical results show that the use of information technology, products distribution and rapid response services based on the rapiol response capacity of retailers are reasonable, which can be used to measure the suppliers’quick response ability that the retailers perceive.
