      评价理论作为对话语人际意义研究的一种新视角,关注的是语篇/说话人表达和协商特定的主体间的关系以及意识形态的语言资源。文章以中美政要互访时在彼国知名学府发表的演讲为语料,借助语料库工具软件CorpusTool深入探讨了中美政要英语演讲中介入资源使用的差异。
English Summary:
      Appraisal theory, as the breakthrough of Functional Linguistics’ study to interpersonal meaning, has been focusing on the linguistic resources which manifest the discourse/speakers’ position, viewpoint or attitude. This paper, by analyzing US leaders’ speeches in Chinese universities with the help of CorpusTool, aims at finding the distribution feature of Engagement resources in Sino-Us leaders’ speeches in universities.
