| Based on describing the connotation, research and practice situation of highway financing of assets securitization, this article analyses the motivation and feasibility of the securitization, then,with consideration to the benefit of investors and the cost of financers, design a Special Purpose Trust mode to provide some useful reference for the highway financing by assets securitization. |
