| 档案开放是国家民主发展程度的一个重要标志，是实行公民知情权的重要途径。我国的《档案法》虽然制订了档案开放制度，但有关这一制度的规定却还存在许多不健全的地方，需要得到进一步完善才能真正实现我国的档案开放。 |

| Open use of the archives is an important indication of national democracy advance, and an important means to exercise civic rights in the know. Although the system of open use of the archives have been evolved in the Archives Law of China, there are many defective rules and regulations. So we must further improve and perfect the system, to really accomplish open use of the archives in China. |
