| 聚合关系和组合关系是语义场中的两种基本关系。传统训诂学对类聚观念有所认识，但对组合关系重视不够。很多词的词义不是在聚合关系中发生变化的，而是在组合关系中变化的。在组合关系中分析词义在某些方面确实比传统的训诂方法解释力更强。传统训诂学在发展中可借鉴现代语义学的有关理论。 |

| Paradigmatic relation and syntagmatic relation are two basic relations in semantic field. The traditional Chinese Exegetics has paid some attention to the concept of paradigmatic relation, yet has attached little importance to syntagmatic relation. Many words meanings undergo changes in syntagmatic relation rather than in paradigmatic relation. To analyze word meaning in syntagmatic relation in some ways makes more sense than the interpretation by means of the traditional Chinese Exegetics. The traditional Chinese Exegetics can draw related theory from modern semantics. |
