| 我国目前已经建立起以奖、贷、助、补、减为主体的、多元化的资助高校经济困难学生的政策体系。高校学生资助政策体系是构建和谐校园的必然要求。现行高校学生资助政策体系还存在资助理念存在偏差导致资助政策异化、体系内部协调整合性不强、政策稳定性不强等问题。我们需要转变资助观念，扩大资助层面；建立健全与资助政策体系相关的新型管理机制；建立健全学生资助法律法规。 |

| Presently the system of student aids policies has been established in our country,which is the requirement of building harmonious campus. In the current system there are some unfair factors and the policies are instable and of low-efficiency. We should renew the ideas of aids, perfect the management mechanism and draw up a series of laws and regulations. |
