| Based on introduction and comments on the two main view points of single-track or double-track system, this article advocates innovating the present system of labour disputes which has obvious imperfection and builds the double-track system: “judge and inquest seperately、end case respectively” in order to accelerate the labour relations harmoniously and stably. |
