| 文章从立法实践的角度分析了当下中国法治对道德建设的推动作用，主要涉及以下四个方面的内容：一是对平等权与自由权的规范与保护是社会主义道德文明的体现；二是对社会公平与正义的维护与恢复是道德建设的有力推进；三是对诚信原则的规定与倡导是法治推进道德建设的信念支撑；四是对家庭、邻里伦理道德的维护与弘扬是道德建设的落脚点。从而构成对法治推进道德建设的立法实践问题的比较完整的认识。 |

| Chinese constitutionality plays a driving role in moral coustruction.This paper analyzes the role from the perspective of legislation practice.It is mainly concerned with four aspects:the specification and protection of right of equality and liberties embodies socialist moral civilization;upholding and restoring social equality and justice pushes moral construction forward;formulating and advocating honesty principles supports it;safeguarding and manifesting family and neighbour morality is the basis of it. Then the comparatively complete understanding of legislation practice of driving moral construction forward by Chinese constitutionality has been formed. |
