      医患关系紧张是当今社会的一个热点问题,也是医院迫切需要解决的一个重大问题。文章阐述了构建和谐医患关系的重要意义,剖析了导致不和谐医患关系的主要原因,并从市场营销的角度提出了构建和谐医患关系的相应对策。
English Summary:
      The strained doctor-patient relationship has become a hot spot of society, which is a big problem need to resolve imminently. This paper expatiated the significance of constructing a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, analyzed the main causes for the disharmonious relationship and put forward some relevant counter-measures from the view of marketing.
