| 近年来，未成年人犯罪案件发案率呈明显上升趋势，实践中对未成年人适用罚金刑比较普遍,对未成年人适用罚金刑的案例的数量也逐年上升，对未成年人适用罚金刑的争议也不断。文章通过对未成年人适用罚金刑的优劣权衡，认为在利弊兼有的情况下，应对我国罚金刑的执行上进行改造，引入民事责任的同时建立社区公益劳动制度。 |

| In recent years, juveniles' criminal case displays an obvious uptrend.Fine punishment is comparatively common in practice to punish juveniles, the case snitable for fine punishment rises year by year and the dispute about applying fine punishment to juveniles is also ceaseless. This paper discusses advantages and disadvantages of the fine punishment to juveniles and thinks that its implementation should be reformed and community volunteer labor system should be introduced. |
