| The independence of economic law’s regulative object is up in the air. Traditional theory of public law and private law only differentiate law’s regulative object in special view. The theory is limited. In temporal view, law can be divided into traditional law and modern law, and the law’s regulative object can be relined. Economic law is a kind of modern law, it has independent regulative object. |
