| 农村基层民主选举是农村基层民主建设的重要内容之一，它调动了广大农民的政治热情，推动了农村政治文明、精神文明和物质文明的发展。但是，在当前的村委会选举中，不同程度地存在着一些不可忽视的问题，危害着村民自治的健康发展，影响着农村社会的稳定。文章探讨农村基层民主选举存在的问题，分析导致这些问题产生的原因，并在此基础上提出了一些对策。研究这些问题，对于完善农村基层民主选举，促进农村基层民主建设具有重要的理论和现实意义。 |

| Democratic election of village grass roots is one of the important contents of democracy of village grass roots. It brings political ardor of numerous farmers into play and impels the development of village political civilization, spiritual civilization and material civilization. However, there are nonegligible problems in current election of village commission to some extent. It is harm to the healthy development of villagers' autonomy and village social stability. This paper discusses the problems exist in the democratic election of village grass roots and analyze the reasons of such problems. Besides, it proposes some countermeasures based on the study above. To study these problems have important doctrine and operation significance to perfect the democratic election of village grass roots and to accelerate the democracy construction of village grass roots. |
