| The modern society's fast development brings the massive crisis which has expedited risk society to approach. Western scholars discuss risk society's root mainly from the knowledge and the practice direction. The paper, mainly from the value theory, proposed the meta-value theory of society development and carries on the critique from supposes,beginning, forms, objects, structure, expression and development of meta-value to the foundation of risk society. |
