      高校后勤人力资源开发主要存在人力资源结构不合理和人力资源开发体制僵化的问题。因此,我们应从内部挖潜、加强员工培训和适当引进关键岗位人才等三个方面来开发高校后勤人力资源,改善人力资源结构和改革人力资源开发体制,促进高校后勤社会化的顺利实施。
English Summary:
      The unreasonable structure and rigid system are the two main problems in the development of human resources in rear service of universities. So we should improve it from three aspects, that is, obtaining potential force from inside, strengthening staff training and introducing talents of crucial post from outside, to realize the socialization of rear service in universities.
