| 传统的管理体制是以企业和单位的利益为中心，一般没有从人性出发去设立制度。然而当代社会提倡和谐管理、人性化管理。文章通过总结管理理论中人性化管理的种种思路，提出自己的人性化的定义，继而分析在管理流程再造中人性化管理思想具体应用的思路。 |
| English Summary: |
| Traditional managerial system is centered on the enterprises’ and units’ profits rather than on humanization. However, the modern society advocates the harmonious and humanistic management. Through the summary of all thoughts of managerial system, this paper defined the personal humanization in management，and then analyzed the ideas of applications with the personal humanization during the practice. |
