| Industry-University-Research cooperation is an important and effective approach for enterprise to obtain technology,however,we are lack of the understanding of the rule and the mode of technology transfer.So,the main modes of Industry-University-Research cooperation are introduced,at the same time,the factors affecting Industry-University-Research cooperation are put forward,and then the choice of different modes are discussed. |
