| 我国已初步建立反商业贿赂立法体系,但还存在诸多缺陷和不足,不能适应当前反商业贿赂工作的需要,应予以修订完善,建立起比较健全的反商业贿赂法律体系。文章对我国现行反商业贿赂立法进行了分析并提出了完善反商业贿赂立法的意见。 |

| Our country had already initially established the counter commercial bribe legislation system,but also had many flaws and insufficiency,which could not meet the need of current counter-commercial bribe work,and should be revised to establish the quite perfect counter-commercial bribe legal framework.This article analyzed the present counter-commercial bribe legislation and proposed consummated opinions. |
