| The Communist Party,the ruling party of China,shoulders great responsibilities in the significant process of establishing the harmonious society.The success of establishing the harmonious society relies on the Communist Party's leadership.In this paper,the author argues that in the process of establishing the harmonious society,five relationships should be carefully dealt with: the relationships between the Party and the power,between the Party and the masses,between the ruling party and the participating parties,between the Party and the government,and the internal relations of the Communist party.These five relationships are also the realistic motives to strengthen the construction of the administrative capacity of the Party. |
