| 译界对具有一般可读性和不完美性的译文尚无一个共同认知的描述,文章作者提出问题译文这个概念来概括这类译文。问题译文在学生翻译实践中普遍存在,通常是由于翻译技巧、英汉语言差异、语篇和审美意识等方面的偏差造成的。这类译文一般可以接受,因此其存在的问题比误译和翻译症等低质量译文中的翻译错误更具隐蔽性,成为呈现出最佳可读性的理想译文的羁绊。只有克服问题译文才能提高译文质量的整体水平。 |

| The author puts forward a new concept,ie.,problematic translation,to generalize a type of translation versions which is,by and large readable,however imperfect,and for which no generally acknowledged description is available in today's translation circles.Problematic translations,being a common phenomenon in students' translation,are more often than not caused by demand of proficiency in translation skills,unawareness of differences between English and Chinese and unconciousness of discourse and aesthetics in translation practice.Compared with translation errors found in low quality versions such as those resulted from mistranslation and translationese,it is more difficult to identify the imperfection of problematic translations because of their feature of general acceptability.Therefore,they become a block to excellent translations.Only by avoiding and overcoming problematic translatins,can the overall quality of translations be improved. |
