| 目前,商业贿赂遍及我国社会经济诸多领域,已成为经济社会生活中的一大公害,其根治刻不容缓。然而,我国反商业贿赂法律机制存在明显缺陷,其中反商业贿赂立法的局限、执法不力、信用缺失等在一定程度上影响了商业贿赂的制度防治。因此,针对上述缺陷问题、完善反商业贿赂的法律机制,不仅是我国法治建设的需要,而且是构建反商业贿赂长效机制的积极举措。 |

| Commercial bribery has spread in many fields of social economy in China,and has become a public hazard affecting our social life at present,so it is necessary to tackle it as soon as possible.However,there exist several obvious defects in the legal system of anti-commercial bribery of our country,such as the limitation of anti-commercial bribery legislation and the ineffective law enforcement,etc.,which affect the system management of commercial bribery in a certain extent.Therefore,perfecting the legal system of anti-commercial bribery is not only the requirement of the law construction in China,but also the positive act for building the long-term effective mechanism of anti-commercial bribery. |
