| In this article,we conceive a matrix of static game of complete information to study tacit-knowledge-sharing in the mode of teacher-apprentice.And we find that if encouraging policies for promoting tacit-knowledge-sharing are changed,the different results will be got.According to this,we bring forward countermeasure and get conclusion.In the last part of the paper,we advance the direction of modifying the matrix |
