| Inspection system is a unique system of army and politics at the early stage of the Republic of China(1912-1949).Inspector of Re-cha-shui district is one of the posts for the directly-related warlords to control Peking government.This post drove the army and government system to an unprecedented united degree,and had important influence on the special district,which strengthened the cultural communications between Inner Mongolia and central government.Throngh analyzing this post's function,we can understand the operating mechanism and characteristics of the political system at that time. |
