      和谐医患关系是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。文章在分析我国医患关系的现状以及医院管理存在问题的基础上,以南华大学附一医院卓有成效的管理模式变革为案例分析,对构建现代医院管理模式提出了几点思考,有助于推动和谐医患关系的构建。

      Harmonious Medical Trouble Relations is one of the most important parts of Harmonious Society.This article analyzed the status of Medical Trouble Relations and issues of Hospital Management pattern in our country.Based on the analysis of the 1st Affiliated Hospital of University of South China fruitful management reform, suggestions on management pattern are put forward,which would be helpful to the Harmonious Medical Trouble Relations
