| With taking into consideration the employment situation of postgraduates in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University,the employment characters and major effects of postgraduates' employment in the universities are analyzed.The paper puts forword countermeasures based on enforcing government macro-control,improving tertiary schools education quality,fulfilling postgraduates themselves and making the employer play the part of the main force in the employment market. |
