| 构建《外国人居留法》不仅是为了保护外国人的权利,也是为了规范约束外国人行为;更是为了实现在中国居留的外国人与中国人和睦共处,促进和谐社会加快发展,维护我们的国家利益。但是,我国现有相关立法条规,已不能完全适应新世纪的发展。因此,应该更新观念,参照国际立法趋势,结合我国国情,建立一套完整的外国人居留权利法律体系。 |

| Constructing "Foreigner's Residence Law" is not only for protecting foreigner's right,but also restraining and standardizing the foreigner behavior ,realizing the harmonious coexistence of the foreigner's and the Chinese, promotiing harmonious society development and maintaining our national interest.So we should break the conventional idea and consult the international legislative trend,combine the national conditions of our country to set up a set of intact foreigner's residence legal system. |
