| 通过考察和了解日本思想政治教育的理论基础、培养目标、主要内容、主要途径,认识到日本的思想政治教育以集体主义作为指导,以民主、自由、个性等思想作为补充,极力培养出东西合璧式的人才,适应资本主义经济发展的要求,从而推动了日本社会的前进。尤其日本思想政治教育中将本土理论和外来理论进行“东西合璧”的方法和日本思想政治教育中“集团主义”教育的精神,对我国思想政治教育的“三化”———现代化、社会化和国际化,不无借鉴之处。 |

| Throngh investigating the theoretical basis,training aim,main content and ways of Japan's political thought education,the author realizes that Japan's political thought education is instructed by collectivism with democracy,freedom and individuality as its complementation.It tries to train talents to adapt to capital economic development and drive Japanese society forward.We should learn their advantages for the modernization,socialization and internationalization of China's political thought education. |
